Every element was intentionally curated to reflect the bustling vibrance of urban China, from the elevated stage seating to the elegant bar and glass-lined interiors. The result is a captivating and immersive environment that invites guests into a culinary story unlike any other on the Las Vegas Strip.

Award-winning chef Alan Yau’s Washing Potato brings a bold and playful Chinese culinary experience to the heart of Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Nestled on the northeast side of the Casino Level, adjacent to its sister concept Chyna Club, this 5,000 SF restaurant merges Chinese street food culture with sleek, modern architecture and design.
