For the Hotel, Residential Condominiums and Penthouses, HAA’s technical expertise strengthened collaboration during the coordination and documentation phases of the project. HAA served as the Architect of Record for the Interiors of the Residential Condominium and Hotel Rooms and as the Interior Designer for the Harmon Tower’s administrative support services, retail, meeting rooms and private lounge. HAA’s leadership, design background and timely communication made the design intent a reality throughout construction. The hotel portion of the tower, designed by Foster + Partners, opened in late 2010.
