 As Architect-of-Record, HAA utilized its expertise in design, construction and coordination to guide the planning and design efforts of MGM MIRAGE Design Group (MMDG) and other multidisciplinary consultants from concept to completion."

Most importantly, the project moved forward while maintaining the operation of the casino and surrounding venues throughout construction. The gaming floor remodel reorganized the casino floor removing the existing center Cashier’s Cage; then repositioned the High Limit venue and established a new center bar. A new slot layout and pedestrian circulation design was implemented providing a more open experience to guests. New gaming pit feature fixtures constructed of polished aluminum, black stone and colorful LED ribbon lighting provide a totally unique experience for gamers. New carpeting and hard surface flooring, as well as new wayfinding signage were installed throughout, providing an updated image and brand.
