As the Architect of Record, Hamilton Anderson Associates coordinated the interior design, mechanical, electrical, lighting and food service teams. Simulators and lounge areas are laid out to facilitate flow and connections to support spaces including restrooms and food service prep room. A required second exit is routed through the back of house area to allow the venue’s exterior facade to be used for display and lounge space.
A connection between Topgolf and the adjacent Indian Motorcycle store was provided with a feature-sliding barn door. Connections to the back of house areas, exit access and adjacent retail were accommodated while addressing floor level changes, creating a space that balances back of house functionality and front of house aesthetics.
