The Mandarin offers a spectacular view of the entire CityCenter development as well as the Las Vegas Strip. Hamilton Anderson Associates (HAA) was the Architect of Record for the Interiors of the Hotel Rooms, Model Rooms and Condominiums. Interior Design for Condominiums was provided by Kay Lang.
The Mandarin has three presidential suites, each approximately 3,000 sf and each uniquely themed. HAA was also the Interior Designer for employee spaces, administrative support spaces and hotel executive/marketing sales offices. The Mandarin Oriental achieved LEED Gold certification from the US Green Building Council.
