HAA used its expertise and creativity to transform a neglected bank vault and unkempt storage space in the basement of one of Detroit's oldest skyscrapers into an unique workplace where young ambitious employees can simultaneously work and relax."

Quicken Loans was unsure of how it wanted to use the venue, but it knew it wanted an unconventional interior environment. HAA carefully crafted a variety of spaces to serve an assortment of wants and needs into a cohesive whole.

The end result was an eclectic mix of old and new, quirky and sophisticated, finished and raw.
