Hamilton Anderson worked closely with Motown after its initial engagement with PPS to meet the design and budget needs of the project.

During the design phase, Hamilton Anderson assisted Motown in navigating approval by various city agencies, such as the Historic District Commission and the Planning and Development Department to receive authorization and approval of the proposed design to be built. Through this and the design process, Hamilton Anderson coordinated with PPS to ensure the final design aligned with their original concept.
